LISTEN AND READ 

 

The typical vegetation is Mediterranean. There are lots of holm oaks and cork trees. Also, there is a large variety of aromatic plants such as rockrose and thyme.

But there are different kinds of vegetation depending on the area:

  • Coast: There are pine groves and bushes.
  • Lakes and mouths of rivers: There are reeds (reed bed is the name of the zone).
  • Drier landscapes: There are bushes such as prickly pears.
